Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RoutReach. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to RoutReach are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or transferred under any circumstances.

This applies to all plans, features, and payment types including:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • One-time feature or add-on purchases
  • Any renewed subscription charges

2. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

RoutReach is a digital SaaS platform. Upon payment, you are granted immediate access to our platform, AI tools, and all features included in your plan. Because the Service is fully digital and accessible the moment your payment is processed, we are unable to "return" or reclaim the value delivered.

We invest in infrastructure, AI model usage, and development to make the Service available to you from the moment you subscribe. These costs are incurred regardless of how much you use the platform.

3. Subscription Auto-Renewal

All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand. It is your responsibility to:

  • Monitor your subscription renewal dates
  • Cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue
  • Ensure your payment method on file is valid and up to date

Renewal charges are not refundable, even if you forgot to cancel or did not use the platform during that billing period. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your RoutReach subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@routreach.tech.

  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges immediately
  • You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period

5. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending review
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide transaction evidence to your payment provider
  • Access to RoutReach may be permanently revoked

We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are always happy to assist with any billing concerns.

6. Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the upgraded features will be available immediately, and the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for plan changes.

7. Service Outages

While we strive for maximum uptime, temporary outages or interruptions may occasionally occur. Refunds are not issued for downtime unless an outage is prolonged, verified on our end, and materially impacts your ability to use the platform. Any such determination is made solely at our discretion.
